Waited 30mins before being seen into room (they were late). Doctor required a translator so I could not explain symptoms directly to her. Attended acupuncture session to solve sleep problem ( as they say in their website that acupuncture should solve sleep disorders) Then was told I required pills plus powder which cost £80 (not once was that mentioned prior to booking) worst thing do not help one bit!

Overall, the experience was good. The therapist was great and her massage was strong and I felt good after. However, a few things to improve. It does seem like the walls are really thin and I could hear alot of things going on outside and I could constantly hear a man's voice. At one point our massage was even interrupted by someone wanting to clean the room. Lastly, it did feel a bit rushed but it could be because I was the last appointment in the evening. But overall still great.
