General vibe in a salon was weird, it felt like everyone was afraid of this older lady in a spa. Thats not the vibe that you should feel while getting your procedures. + she was constantly trying to sell packages instead of allowing to proceed with the actual procedure that we arrived for.

The staff at the desk were extremely courteous and made me feel very welcome. My appointment started on time and my therapist was amazing (such a shame I didn't get her name, she was Eastern European): very professional and friendly. She was concerned with my comfort and made also very appropriate and relevant conversation with health related topics. It was my first time trying out reflexology and I left feeling totally relaxed. I would definitely recommend this experience at GinSen which is also quite reasonably priced.
