Pamper pack at £30: seemed too good to be true...and it was. My appointment was cancelled half an hour before its star. Once rescheduled, I was offered a different treatment since what I booked was not available (?). I was cold during the whole massage; I told the therapist, who answered "ok" and did nothing about it. I will never go back.
This was bought as a present for someone. They arrived for visit, had their facial which was ok. Then was asked if she could go back another time for massage which wasn't convenient for her so they then had someone who wasn't qualified properly to do massages - should have been a one hour 35 minute slot but it turned out to be 1 hour 15 minutes - it was only after booking this through Treatwell that I realised this was a half price deal so was then a little dubious - excellent deal but obviously the customers don't get treated the same!!!
Can't describe just how painful this wax was, was left with giant red marks all over my thighs and had skin peeling off for a week after. Wax was so hot that at one point I was almost crying. I'll be going back to my regular waxer from now on.
