Absolutely useless.
Initially booked with groupon voucher got cancelled 4 times! very short notice... finally had my Massage and the experience was very odd! pitch black room and wasn’t really sure what she was doing and didn’t understand english. I got given a £35 off voucher. I returned a couple months later thinking they should have their issues sorted by now! I booked via treatwell for a 2 hr 30 treatment Massage / microdermial facial! I arrived after pay and displaying for 3 hours! And got told the Massage lady wasn’t working so I had to have facial only - this lasted 20 mins with freezing cold water just washing my face - products used smelt horrible! She then told me to come back later on in the week.
1. I’m not being messed around anymore
2. I’m no pay and displaying again wasting money!

Relaxed environment, it felt unrushed, and it was nice to have a treatment room with natural light coming in.

The staff were lovely and the lady who carried out my facial took real care and time to explain what she was doing. The facial was micro dermabrasion which I’d never had before so she made sure I knew what was happening and gave me good aftercare advice.
I think they had only recently opened as some areas were still being decorated.
