Hard to find as there is no sign. I had no patch test done before hand. An hour slot appointment and was out in 20 minutes. She was lovely but it felt rushed. It wasn’t relaxing or pleasant. Results are ok but no protection for your eyes. Left with black panda eyes! Nice but wouldn’t go back!

AVOID this place!!
I’ve never been anywhere so unprofessional. I was booked in for a microdermabrasion treatment which was suppose to last half an hour. I arrived bang on time at 11:30. The beautician was sat down talking with another client (I believe she was trying to sell her a package of some sort). She asked me to take a seat which I happily did.
After about 5 minutes, she took me into the treatment room behind the reception desk and told me to lay down. My first thought was that the place was dirty and there were even some stains on the blanket that was covering the treatment table.
I specifically said at the very beginning that I’ve not had this particular treatment before and fully expected her to talk me through everything step by step. She explained the treatment to me in about 2 sentences: I’m going to put this cream on you for 10 minutes, then I’ll use the machine to take off the dead skin.
She smeared the cream on my face and quickly left the room to continue talking to the other woman. 10 mins past and I was expecting to finish her conversation (which I could hear behind the very thin wall)... this did not happen. Another 5 mins went by. Then 10. Then 15...
Clock striked 12, and I’ve decided that I’ve had enough. I got out of the room and told her that I was very unhappy that she has basically left me in this room for almost half an hour (the time of the full treatment may I add). She then had the balls to say that I didn’t know how this treatment works!! And said she was willing to extend the treatment for another half an hour. She did not handle my treatment (in this case, the lack of) with any professionalism, or even stand up from her chair when I was expressing my disappointment.
After some dispute, I asked for a full refund which she agreed to. I contacted Treatwell to arranged this refund as it was booked through them and they were very helpful and kind on the phone.
If I could give this place no stars, I would.
