Bad experience with staff members, rushed service, bad nail application and messy nail art. Charged me £80 even though it was supposed to come to £68 and did not explain the difference in pricing when I’d actually asked for something simpler.

Seen really quickly considering how busy it was, and possibly the most thorough pedicure I’ve ever had! (Thought I just needed my nails redoing really but after seeing the amount of dead skin that came off my feet - and how much softer they are - it was definitely worth the investment.) Really skilled and efficient team. Thank you!
