Always very welcoming and professional make me feel special you never get that at a barbers
Always a pleasure having my hair styled at Ghost hair salon. I regularly have my hair coloured, cut and styled here and have been a client for many years.
Showed up early and they managed to see me sooner than arranged.
It was my first haircut not done by family in about 5-6 years and my anxiety was high, but my stylist was very accommodating and patient with me.
Very happy with the style we ended with and I feel much more comfortable with my hair now 👍🏻
If I could put no stars I would! Completely messed me around I had an appointment booked for 12:30 and I was there 10 minutes early however just before my time slot I was told that the stylist booked to do my hair is running 45 minutes behind so they asked me to wait, which I could not to as I booked this appointment to be able to have my hair done before an event. Why have appointments booked for certain times well in advance if you can not follow through. This means I’ve had to travel to the salon my day off just to be told they can’t do my appointment which could have been done over the phone and saved me my time. I will never recommend or come to this salon, completely disappointed and frustrated !
Really pleased with my hair. Beth was cheerful and discussed the process step by step. Has made my hair a lot more easy to manage. Will definitely be back :)
