This was my first time here, and Rachel put me at ease and listened to me and advised on how to proceed. She talked me through each step and explained what was best to suit me and my hair I would definitely recommend the shop and Rachel herself, lovely lady x

Hannah did a great job of colouring my hair to achieve a natural looking blonde, really taking time over it and ensuring great customer service.

I'd put off going to a salon for years, but I'd also been getting increasingly unhappy with my thinning ends. I saw Ghost had good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Jo put me at ease and listened to my hair concerns. I enjoyed a cup of tea with biscuits while she worked on my hair, and I left with exactly what I'd asked for - hair that has been evened out so when it grows out again it should stay thicker to the ends. I miss the long length of course (that will take a bit of time to grow back) but right now I'm loving the new volume, and I'll be able to take care of it with the new shampoo, mask and hair oil.
