I have been having highlights for the better part of 10 years and without a doubt Vicci is the best there is in the business. Aside from the attention to detail, Vickie is a perfectionist so I knew that I was in the best hands ever. I have had her do my highlights twice now and in comparison to some well known places…… I will definitely be returning. I couldn’t have asked for a friendlier and professional session if I begged.
