Her professional opinion and reassurance pre and post treatments put you at total ease!!! I was very curious about the various options I had around boosting my skin and lightening my dark circles. I went and saw Claire, who gave me some very comprehensive advice and made some recommendations. She really put me at ease and did not 'push' me in any way in particular. I decided to go for the Jalupro skin booster, which was to boost all my skin collagen levels and tackle my dark circles. Being afraid of needles and any pain, (bit of a wimp I know!) Claire offered me a numbing cream which helped a lot! Claire could see I was nervous and took her time again to explain what she was about to do. She was super hygienic, cleaning every surface and apparatus she was about to touch. Every needle was fresh out of a packet, all really reassuring stuff!!! I left feeling amazing, and a couple days later, could really tell the difference it had made! I'm excited to go back in a couple months for my top-up in time for my Summer Hols! On top of all this, Claire was running a promotion, so I actually really got a great deal too! What more can I say? 11/10 Thanks Claire & Team, you're amazing!! ❤️
