As someone that has dyed my hair for 5 years I have never had such an awful experience. In a short summary, my hair is far from the colour that I asked for, completely damaged and half of it has fallen out. I went to another salon and they have told me my hair will take 4-6months to recover. After we explained this to the salon we were called and my colourist spoke over my mother the entire phone call & didn’t even apologise once. My hair was curly and relatively thick and is now thin and fried.
