I usually really like it here but I was let down.
I was asked to pay extra at the salon, on top of what Treatwell charged me because my hair was so long. I chose the long hair option when I booked, but they said it didn't matter. My hair isn't even to my elbows so it's not extreme.
I needed a blowdry for my graduation, and whilst it looked amazing at first, honestly, my hair was flat after an hour. Complete waste of £40.
Disappointed, really wanted to book in for a colour but will go elsewhere.
