I am a fully qualified, insured and dedicated member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). I trained at the London School of Reflexology with the renowned Louise Keet, achieving a diploma in Reflexology. I have also completed a diploma in Fertility, Pregnancy and Post-Natal Reflexology. Continuing to keep my practice up to date, I complete a number of cpd courses each year, such as postgraduate specialist training in Fertility Reflexology with Sally Earlam MAR, as well as Tony Porters ‘Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART). Last year I attended a very inspiring Maternity Reflexology Training Programme (MRTP) with Mauricio Kruchik and more recently a course in The Manzanares Method™ of Reflexology. My particular area of interest is in the treatment of infertility and hormone imbalances such as low thyroid function, PMT, PCOS and endometriosis. I am also passionate about treating women throughout their pregnancies, helping with pregnancy related symptoms such as morning sickness, carpal tunnel, constipation, indigestion, oedema and symphisis pubis pain.
