BIAB gel overlay was wonky and nog smooth. Didn’t get the shape I wanted and the design was poor. As if they were done by a trainee and not professional. Not the first time I’ve experienced this either.

Bad service, didn’t receive what I asked for. Despite having booked a mani and pedi they only filed my nails for 2 seconds pair nail on my hands and when I asked for only clear nail polish due to not being allowed coloured nail polish for work, they applied a quick and bad top coat that came off the day after at the gym. I went with a group of friends who got very different treatment and were generally happy. Nail polish applied on toes is badly applied with several bumps and not an even coat.

Honestly, I would skip. It might be great for nails, but otherwise, I wouldn't book it.
Waste of money and personnel giggles at clients. The room is cold.
