The staff is lovely and they are really hard working. My nails turned out great and the service was quick. The only piece of constructive feedback I have is that they should make more time between bookings - a lot of time I had to wait, and at one point three different people were changing to do my nails. Sometimes they don’t have gaps between appointments so there’s not time for them to clean the work stations and there’s dust everywhere.

A great gel pedicure with good prep (my toe nail beds haven’t looked this big in ages). However it was a bit busy/ overbooked despite me having an appointment, so I sat with my feet in the water for some time (as others did around me)
