My gel nail treatment was excellent, huge choice of colours and the attention to detail was great. However my experience of one of the hairdressing staff in the salon was not so good. He asked me to sit on a chair by the entrance and made me wait 15 minutes before notifying the staff downstairs, where the nail treatments happen, that I had arrived. In general he made me feel very uncomfortable that I was there for nails, rather than a haircut. His behaviour towards me would make me think twice about returning which is a shame as the beauty staff are all lovely and welcoming.
