The massage itself was very good - not 100% an orthodox Swedish massage to be honest, but good pressure, and I left with my body feeling relaxed. Everything else about the experience was pretty awful, the guy on the front desk said they didn't do massages so I must've got the wrong place, I showed him my booking and he eventually found a girl who said she could do it. She led me to an unprepared, pokey room at the back which was full of waxing equipment, and walked off without letting me know how she wanted me to have prepared myself when she retuned. The coverings on the bed were stained, the towels were very old and faded and scratched when I used them after she'd finished - not very luxurious. Music came from an iPhone that stopped every time she received a message, on several occasions she only massaged with one hand as she was obviously reading the messages she'd received. The salon itself looked fairly decent, but I'd avoid having a beauty treatment at all costs - the massage was charged at £30, I probably would've paid £15 for it. I could go into more details, but I think the salon would have some potential were their staff trained properly, they were actually prepared to receive a customer and the facilities were given a major facelift.
