Really lovely, clean salon.
It is underneath the Hayes Galleria shopping area. If you follow signs for the Fitness First in the Cottons building and then take a right you'll see it there.
The therapist was prompt and friendly.
She explained each step of the facial to me before she did it which would be especially helpful if you hadn't experienced a CACI facial before.
The facial was effective and I would recommend the salon.
Gemma was very professional, yet kind and friendly. I loved my facial. Will definitely be back!

I wasn't expecting to be too impressed by this place, as I was able to book it the day before (very convenient, but this wouldn't be possible at any better-known high street hairdresser) and the price was so good, a lot less than I would normally expect to pay. However, I'm so pleased with my hair cut! The stylist took the time for a proper consultation and gave me a really great hair cut. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be going to The Salon for my next hair cut.
