I made a mistake with my booking and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. I was very happy with the up do as well. Everyone in the salon was polite and helping.

My haircut was good, staff were nice, but the blowdry was very average. I asked for curls, and my hair ended up looking flat with only a few waves at the end that fell out by the time I reached home.
