I had excellent facial i have been a few times now.You need to bring your own shower gel.
In the spa I keep saying you need to put a clock where the heated beds are,but still not done so you have to keep getting up to check time of my treatment.
Also, the hydro pool jets at the back do not work still and the white head casing has come away. Which does not look nice at all. A bit disappointing as spoils the experience.
