The place was nice and the people were nice however the beautician badly cut my toe when clipping my nail. It was bleeding and she had to wrap it to stop it.
At the end I asked for a refund and they initially said no then I showed my toe but as of yet have still not received anything and have been told I need to wait to speak to someone else.
Poor customer service. I understand accidents happen but this should be sorted at the time.

I have Been there for the second time I thought it would’ve been more better then the first one because i had a different therapist But it was just the same. not much effort in massage it was just rubbing the oil all over.for 55 minutes very disappointed I won’t be going back there again.
