The actual service was great and end result is fab so I would definitely recommend to friends and return myself (I come here for other treatments too and they've all be great) but I don't like that the salon offers Mink eyelashes...when I said I wanted a natural/classic look which I had booked without using Mink the staff member doing my lashes kept saying that the Mink lashes would be best for a natural look even though I had made it clear that I did not want Mink

the lady who did my waxing was professional and new her job very well. the previous day she did first waxing for my daughter as well. It was almost painless as enjoyable. I will reccomend her highly to all of my friends. the gentleman at reception was very nice and welcoming. we need more staff like this everywhere.
