Third time attending for a hollywood wax. I really appreciate the timeliness and the quality of the service. The only negative remark I have is the value of the treatment before the service. I am not used to having to get undressed right in front of the lady who does my waxes. I have always known the standard of being left in the room to undress, and then to put on a robe and towel. However, I have gotten used to it and not having to go through the whole process makes the treatment time much shorter and convenient.

Not a fan of Ruby’s demeanour. Not very friendly and very miserable. I wouldn’t go back to her. She left me after the treatment without saying anything . The treatment was also done poorly.
Julia was great! Extremely friendly and she did a through job. Very impressed.
