Really not happy with my gel manicure but I think it’s hit and miss with who you get because last time when I had a different nail tech I was happy. Today the nails are different lengths and shapes, not neat/consistent and the gel is so thick it looks fake.

I had some acrylic extensions done, the lady who did them was so rough with my hands she made me bleed. She was also incredibly rude, didn’t say a word to me and stopped to check her phone numerous times. The acrylics themselves were okay, not the best, but my hands hurt for days afterwards which has never happened to me before with acrylics. Would avoid this place.

Rude staff. I asked the nail technician 4 times to stop hurting me and be more gentle. She was very rude

I loved the blow dry, my hair stylist did an amazing job and I really enjoyed the washing too where she seems to have given me a mini head massage which was amazing! The only thing that I didn’t like was the very strong smell of what I think is the acrylic from their nails treatment which was really strong and made me a little faint

They always have been very polite, friendly and the work is very professional. Last time I've my nails with Mr. Ken and hopefully it will be always with him. He is very kind and a good professional.
