This could have been 5 stars as before but the girl sat at reception was particularly rude and unwelcoming! Thank God her manager stepped in to assist me with my booking. The manager was lovely and patient . She helped me pick the colour i was after! The nail tech (hanna/anna) was great, she was willing to fix the nails just how I wanted them! Thank you guys!

The nail tech was very good and polite, she did a great job! however when i was trying to make the payment, the man at the reception was trying to overcharge me and when i corrected him he wanted me to pay in cash only!
