I visited in an expectant mood, instead of leaving the salon feeling relaxed after a nice treatment, I instead left with my toe and pinky finger bloodied. I have never had a manicure and pedicure where I have been left with plasters.

The venue is so filthy. Dust everywhere it looks like it’s not been cleaned in months. The receptionist spent the whole time texting on her phone. I was told to put my hands under a nail dryer that was filthy then was left there for way too long. My manicure wasn’t very good but what did I expect for £15? My skin has been broken and left sore on two fingers. I saw another member of staff be so rude to another customer who was there with her daughter. Avoid.

Treatment was okay. Don’t have choices of nail paint. Staff was not well treat to customers. Staff wasn’t talking friendly with customers.

In general good and quick service. I thought I had booked a mani and pedi, but was given varnish only so make sure you click the right button.
The nail table wasn't cleaned before I sat down and the tissue had red nail varnish on it which suggested another client had used the same one.
Overall finish was very professional thought.
