I just wanted to mention how utterly disappointed I came out from this nail appointment. First of all it was rushed. The nails I wanted the technician wasn’t able to do- the shape wasn’t square and it seems as if all my nails were different shapes. The technician kept messing up the nails aswell! To think I paid £45 is absolutely horrifying. I can’t complain about the staff, as they are always lovely.However, I was so embarrassed I didn’t know what to say. I’m really let down.

I had to correct a few things with the bails myself. They were not filed square like I had asked so they had to be refiled a few times. The finish on one foot is poor but I did not have the patience to stay any longer to rectify the nails so I let them dry and left but I am in a whole I am not happy with the job that was done. The last time I came the job was wonderful however I was left a little disappointed.
