Been coming here for a few years now. All the old staff have gone now, all the new ones are rubbish, they seam so unbothered, and do a horrible job. Actually on my way home to remove what they did!

Lux pedi/mani = rubbish!
Mani: put next to other customer who had bad b.o. and was on the phone, nonstop calls when there were several empty desks open 1st thing AM.
1st layer of gel applied - it was burnt brown, instead of garnet red I chose. Asked technician about this & she said it would improve with layers. It didn't. Had to choose bright red, which I didn't like.
Appt took 2 hours excluding "lux" massage. Gel peeled off nails following day. Contacted business and no response in 24 hrs
