Some elements of my massage were okay- my back was particularly nice. But there was no checking in on pressure and I find it really difficult to voice if something is uncomfortable. Especially on my calves, that really hurt. I felt like I was tensing and twisting and thought it was clear that it hurt, I left walking in pain. There was minimal customer service, at the end I was simply left. I booked an hour massage and I’m not sure it was. There was no after care and I felt like an afterthought.
