awful pedicure experience. It was extremely painful, I was cut and bled multiple times. my nails were cut so short that I was tender for a few days. I had to repeatedly ask the employee to be gentle which she simply ignored

A pretty good massage, though I felt she could have got into the knots in my shoulders and neck more.
There's room for improvement in the 'little things' - some fabric/towelling round the face hole would have made it more comfortable, and, as she used quite a lot of oil, it would have been good if she'd wiped the excess off with tissue or a moist towel at the end, as therapists at other venues have done.
The venue itself could show more attention to detail - e.g. put a towel in the loo.
