Wish they had a shade card to choose from, as I would've liked to look at my nail paint options rather than be asked to pick from a trolley WHILE my feet were being attended to in the seat. Also, my toe nails were already short, and one of the nails got cut very close to the skin which took days to heal from swelling. Didn't feel the pain until after I left the salon.
