The best wax I have had. The beautician took extra special care and used different products due to my sensitive skin, and it made a huge imporovement. Less redness and very quick process. I had no waiting time at all.

The massage I received wasn't actually a thai massage, but a normal one which that was fine. I think the experience could have benefitted from some relaxing music in the background as the room was directly next to reception and people were chatting loudly which wasn't very relaxing at all. Also the massage was more 50 minutes than an hour, but that seems to be pretty common.

An amazing full leg and bikini wax with the lovely Italian beautician (think her name was Ciara) would defiantly ask for her when you book. Professional, very quick, and a friendly chat whilst she does it to relax you! Excellent result and bargain off-peak price in a salon very conveniently located near the West India Quay DLR station.
