Manicure
Very good deep tissue massage (45 min). Masseuse was very professional, excellent pressure applied. I left feeling relaxed and all knots had disappeared. However, the treatment room is very close to reception and there was constant and loud chatter and laughter from the other employees, who were thoroughly cleaning doors and floors just outside the treatment room and talking to each other. I think they could have been more considerate by making less noise or cleaning the premises when no customer was around. A great treatment ruined by the noise.

I had a waxing treatment and it was great.
The therapist I think her name was chiara, she was great, friendly and really made me feel at ease. I will definitely go back and ask for chaira again.
Great value for money too for the Canary wharf area.

The best wax I have had. The beautician took extra special care and used different products due to my sensitive skin, and it made a huge imporovement. Less redness and very quick process. I had no waiting time at all.
