I used Wahanda for the first time yesterday and booked an appointment for 730pm on the same day. The salon phoned me about half an hour after I made the booking to inform me that there was no beautician available at 730 (even though I had just booked and paid for it) and could I come either Wednesday morning at 11am or Thursday anytime. Seeing as I have to be in the office no later than 10 and the salon does not open until 1030 then mornings are out of the question. The receptionist then offered me 6.30pm on Wednesday which I couldn't do, so she offered me Tuesday at 6.30pm. I repeated this three times to confirm that Tuesday at 6.30 was ok. I turned up at this time yesterday, which was not convenient for me as I had to leave work early. I got there and she informed me that the beautician was not there and that my appointment was for Thursday not Tuesday. She didn't apologise or offer any explanation as to how this happened. Not impressed.
