I am still very HAPPY with the service. Valute for monet is good and Chiara is quite expert and accurate. This time my skin got too much irritated and I think that it is the quality of the wax itself. Will try it again to find out... But I am a little less happy this time.

We booked two treatments for the same time, got a call soon after saying that one of the treatments isn't even available and the other not available at the time booked. They asked us to come earlier - not an issue, we live nearby and were able to modify our plans - and for me to get a different treatment - I agreed on a light massage (I was getting over being sick). They were pleasant enough, but there was some sort of distracting noise nearby (washing machine?). The massage started off really hard - when I asked her to be more gentle she told me the massage wasn't going to do anything if it was any lighter as I was tense. At this point, would have preferred my money back but her options were hard massage or useless light massage. I went for the light as I wasn't up for the hard one. The massage felt fine, they know what they're doing, but the lack or organisation (advertising things they don't have and having an out of date booking system) means I wouldn't book here again, sorry! My partner said his massage was satisfactory but nothing special - we've had much better for less money.
Deep Tissue Massage
I had a 45 minute massage and a 1hr pedicure. The massage was excellent...although I think I may have had more like 35mins rather than 45....but I am not complaining as Coco (my therapist) was fantastic. I came away feeling relaxed and the knots in my shoulders removed.
The pedicure was also excellent - i've had a lot of pedicures in my time, and this was genuinely one of the best. The therapist was talented and careful - very very good service. I have already been recommending this place as a no fuss, brilliant service establishment and will 100% be visiting again in the future.

Chose this place based on the positive reviews on wahanda. However, I have only bad news to report regarding my experience. When I arrived, they didn't seem to have me on their list, although I had received a confirmation email from them 2 days earlier. The receptionist seems nonchalant, made me wait for 5 mts past my appt time, when a therapist showed up to escort me saying '1 hr massage'? I said no, and that I was there for a reflexology. She said Ok and proceeded to generally knead my feet (and that too not in a good way, as I left feeling bruised and hurting on my feet, which took me most of the weekend to recover from) for abt 45 mts. I have had multiple reflexology sessions in a variety of places, and there was not a single element of it present during this 'massage'. I guess she got bored after 45 mts because my 1 hr appt started around 4.40p.m and ended at 5.20p.m. Based on the reviews, I had booked my appt with Annie - clearly I was attended to by someone else who didn't know reflexology at all. Terrible experience and a waste of time and money.
