I got a Swedish massage on a weekday morning. I liked the end result but it did hurt at times! This was my first time ever at a spa or getting a massage so I was naive not to ask to tune the pressure or to focus on a particular area. Reading some online reviews I realise that is what I should have done in hindsight. I would have expected that having told them I was new to the experience the therapist would have asked the question..but no, she got going right away. That said, the ambience was good and the receptionist was very courteous so I have given an average rating.

Rabeya was very professional and thorough. She also tried her best to ensure the pain was minimised.
Not too sure about the waxing room, as it did not have as much privacy as I would like.

Massage was also mediocre - I would only recommend going here if you get a good discount voucher and it's cheap

I booked a Thai massage and did not get a Thai massage, rather a deep tissue massage that was not what I booked for. The place did not provide a soothing and calming ambience where not much decor and thought was put into place.' I say, pay more money to go somewhere else.

The staff was very polite and helpful. I arrived ten minutes late and they treat me any way. Massage was not what I expected. Too soft and I went out qith more pain than when enter :(
