One of the worst place I've had my manicure. My express manicure which was supposed to be 20 minutes became almost an hour, and that's after I decided to leave. First of all, I waited for 10 minutes before it started - then when everything was done, we found out that the nail dryer was broken. I was asked to wait until it dries naturally, and that her colleague will come and spray my nails with drying spray. I waited for another 20 minutes, nobody came. When I was having my nails done, there's another lady on the pedicure chair waiting for her nails to dry. She was in the same situation where nobody check on her nails - she had to ask if they're dry enough so she could leave, and she had to ask it several times and eventually told the nail technician that she thought it's good enough and she's going to leave, which was exactly what I did at the end. Never again.

I booked through Treatwell and got confirmation but they didn't even know I was scheduled. Still they were able to fit me in, but the treatment was just Ok. The room didn't have all the necessary requirements for a relaxing experience...It was jointed with the manicure station with just translucid walls separating both spaces...no sound or light proofing whatsoever...not enough to have a really enjoyable experience
