The massage was very good! Chiara, my therapist, has always been very good. I highly recommend her.
My only complain about this spa is the receptionist. She's very rude. I paid for a deep tissue massage via Treatwell and have used a discount code. When my therapist was about to start my massage, she told me that the receptionist told her to do a regular massage instead of the deep tissue massage which I had paid for. I complained and eventually they did the deep tissue massage.
