It was quite ordinary. The staff were o.k. with the massage room small and cold when I arrived. I turned the little electric heater up though, and it improved the experience. The towel on the plynth felt a bit damp and had slight marks on it. The Lady masseur was very strong and resourceful as she warmed the massage oil on her hands over the heater. Several times during the massage I nearly asked her to stop, especially she got onto the plynth and put her knee on my injured hip/buttock area I had told her about, as I lay face down. This was a strange procedure and one I will ask them not to do again if I revisit. I am still sore in some of the area's she massaged, the day after and may have a look for another parlour when I have another massage All in all I think it was o.k. for £40 for 45 minutes of deep tissue massage.
Deep Tissue Massage
Didn't even make it through doors - had booked week in advance for massage, got called 1 hour before appointment saying they were double booked and not enough therapists!! They could only fit me in much later, not possible otherwise I would've originally booked a later appointment. Unhelpful and rude. What shocking service. They've lost a customer without even having treated them once.

The place is easy to find with clean facilities. Perfect massage. Easy walking distance from tube station. They have 3 other branches too.
