Never a good sign when reception repeatedly say deep tissue massage when you arrive. Massage itself hit the spot but I can't help feeling I needed more. May just be that I had been competing at the weekend and required extra stretching.

I had a complimentary massage with my points I had accrued and had a male masseur who we was really nice and comfortable with him. He was very firm and asked me about the pressure and listened when it was a little too hard, dare I say with my stressed back knots. will be booking again as beneficial.
