Excellent massage. Very good at switching me to the correct massage as I'd booked the wrong type. It's a little small but perfect for after work in Canary Wharf
I'd booked a reflexology session, but on the day I also got a back and leg massage. The treatment was ok however seeing as I'd paid for reflexology, I would have like there to have been more of this.
The ambience left something to be desired, the Spa itself seemed quite run-down, and the treatment room wasn't exactly relaxing. Also for the first 20 or so minutes I could hear a washing machine in the background - not quite what one wants. The therapist was very nice, and the massage itself was good. Although I would not regard it as a Swedish massage, and some people may be put off by the fact that it was more of a traditional Ashiatsu Asian massage. This means the therapist does get on the therapy table and uses her knees to massage your legs to begin with, and at the end walks on your back. It was still a good treatment and helped my (very tense) shoulders, however not what I expected when booking something advertised as a Swedish massage and not as relaxing as a result.
The place is pretty run down but they are friendly and deep tissue massage was oK. It is easy to find and is in a good location near canary wharf. I booked on wahanda and massage started on time.
