Great pressure for deep tissue, therapist was A star rated. ighly recommend and will be back in the near future.
Deep Tissue Massage
The best massage I have ever had - therapist was Vicky- really firm pressure, muscles sore for couple of days afterwards, but real release of tension, not just moving oil around on my back which is so often what happens with "deep tissue massages" at spas. The spa itself is quite basic, small building - not 5 star luxury - but you are not paying 5 star prices here. Fantastic value. I will be back.

Was really good - though very surprising! Wasn't expecting to be walked on!!! Good massage though, really got into my knots. Unlike any massage I've ever had before
Sports Massage
Great massage but if u have a particular spot u need attention to they aren't so good at just focusing on that and prefer to do their set massage routine.
