I paid more for deep tissue massage, but I got a very terrible Thai massage where I had to tell her "harder pls" more than 8x. When she finally decided she will use her elbow instead of just her fingers, she went at it with full force, almost as a sign of retaliation and revenge, then saying "oh, too hard now?" Then she proceeded to use my massage time to slowly eat her Kit Kat in the room saying she needs to replenish her energy, complaining about her last customer who also did 90mins. I'm fine with her eating, just not fine with 15mins stolen from my time and she ended a few minutes earlier too. Completely unprofessional. My friend had a similar experience.. so I'm not sure how they have 4*s. I do monthly massages for 15 years now. I can honestly this is the worst.

Thai massage therapist wasn't in so had to choose an alternative massage treatment, which was okay, but one of the reasons I chose the clinic was to try Thai massage. So I was a bit disappointed, but a little understanding given I booked the night before when the shop was shut. But really, you'd expect Treatwell to have an option to leave availability for your therapists.
