Therapist was running a little late, which is very rare, so was 10 mins later than planned and then I only got 45 mins treatment despite paying for an hour, which again is rare as they normally check and when I mentioned the time to the reception she said she would add 15 mins on to my treatment - without hesitation. So despite treatment being late, was same time back at my desk!

Chiara was a very professional beauty therapist and handled the pedicure very well. I felt I had baby feet afterwards!!! The studio could be a bit more welcoming and cosy. The treatment lasted 1 hour but didn't include shellac despite the price of £35 which I found a bit expensive!

wonderful massage again by Vicky, she really does do the deep tissue technique and very beneficial. I'm going to book a course up for the ext few weeks and see if that makes a difference to my bad back!
