I think the time for face massage is too little, too much time is spend on wiping your face and steaming. for the price it is too expensive

Therapist was running a little late, which is very rare, so was 10 mins later than planned and then I only got 45 mins treatment despite paying for an hour, which again is rare as they normally check and when I mentioned the time to the reception she said she would add 15 mins on to my treatment - without hesitation. So despite treatment being late, was same time back at my desk!
