The therapist was excellent, certainly knew her stuff. Environment could do with a bit of attention as at present it's a touch spartan. Perhaps dim the lights, a bit of music. All that said, I needed a sports massage during marathon training and it certainly fitted the bill nicely and at a reasonable price.

Basic pedicure - decent value but small range of colours. Would be good if they offered shellac / gel manicures and pedicures.
