I had woken up with a terrible pain in my right shoulder and booked the treatment in my lunch hour. When I showed up they tried to push me into having a massage as well after some interesting translation. Instead of being flexible and offering to do a mix of treatments in the session they insisted I would need to pay an additional £40 for 30 mins of massage as well which I wasn't prepared to do. The acupuncture itself was fine and gave me some pain relief but I personally would not go back.

I had a great 1-hour pedicure and spa mani by Chiara. This was my first visit here after reading the good reviews and I have not been disappointed. The ambiance and decor could do with a little bit of improvement, but otherwise Chiara was lovely and very attentive. I will definitely be returning.
