Chiara was amazing - really relaxing environment and a cracking facial, were really helpful in accommodating an additional treatment too. Booked very last minute but nothing was a problem.

The therapist was lovely, very friendly and put me at ease. The venue was clean and tidy, nothing special but perfectly adequate for what I was there for. The wax was done quickly, but it was fairly painful as the lady didn't pull my skin tight (or ask me to help) and pulled it off a few times before it was completely dry, so it hurt quite a lot! There were also a fair few hairs left at the end which I had to pluck myself when I got home. Finally, she used the same stick the whole time - everywhere in London seems to do this but it's so unhygienic! I feel bad giving this review because the therapist was really lovely, but I don't think I'll be going back.
