Unfortunately due to my meeting overrunning I was 10mins late for lunchtime appt and had hoped I'd be able to get both treatments done but was told it would not be possible so only had manicure done. Cuticles were tidied and nails looked ok but I was disappointed with surroundings, looked very dated and small treatment room right next to reception. Staff ok but would have preferred a better setting.
