I had a massage and you could hear the toilet flushing either next door or upstairs a good chunk of the time. And the commercials came on Spotify for 1 min right in the middle of being relaxed. I've never been to a business that didn't pay for the subscription to remove ads, especially at a spa.
The manicure and pedicure were nice. Very smooth polish. The nail technician is great and nice. The room they have her in is quite cramped.
